We recently sold a home in the Village Grove subdivision of Pasadena. The Company that I work for relocated me to Alabama. We used the services of John and Tammi to list and sell our home. We were as impressed with their desire to sell our home as we were with their ability to do so. They went out of their way several times to make us feel comfortable about our decisions and supported us every step of the way. They were also intelligent enough about the market to steer us in the right direction when we had questions about the timing and sales price of our home.

John and Tammi also had to work closely with the relocation group from my company, which added alot of extra time and paperwork to their task. During the middle of our contract to sell our home John and Tammi moved to another realty company at a different location. I know that must have been a monumental task for them in such a short period of time but the difficulties that they must have encountered were transparent to us. They didn't miss a beat. They were able to obtain a contract on our home in less than 90 days. That not only allowed us to get moved on the date we wanted to, but allowed me to receive a bonus from my company for selling my home in a timely manner.

This is the second home that John and Tammi have sold for us. Both transactions were a pleasurable experience. If and when we move back to the Houston area, besides our parents, John and Tammi will be the first Freunds we call.

         I just wanted to take a moment to thank all four of you for your skill, time, patience, and understanding during my home buying process.
